Terms of Service

These terms apply to website services provided by GlowivitaUSA LLC ("Glowivita", "we", "us") to you, the business owner ("you"). By paying for our services you agree to these terms.

1. Free preview

We may build a preview of a website for your business before you pay. A preview is free and creates no obligation. If you don't approve it, we take it down.

2. What's included

• Website — $199 one-time: a one-page website for your business, registration of one domain for the first year, the first month of hosting, and two rounds of changes before launch.
• Hosting & care — $19/month: hosting with SSL, domain renewal, and up to two small edits per month (for example text, prices, hours or photos). Unused edits don't roll over.
• Business email — $29 one-time: we set up up to 5 email addresses on your domain using Zoho Mail's free plan. The Zoho account is in your business's name and is yours; Zoho's own terms and plan limits apply (the free plan works in a web browser and the Zoho Mail app).
• Extras: extra pages ($49 each), larger changes, redesigns and online stores are quoted before any work starts.

3. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The one-time fee is paid after you approve your preview and before your site goes live. The monthly fee starts one month after launch and renews automatically until you cancel.

4. Refunds

If we haven't published your site yet, you can cancel for a full refund. Once your site is live, the one-time fee is non-refundable. Monthly fees already paid are not refunded, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by emailing us. Your site stays online until the end of the paid month. We will transfer your domain to you, or to a provider you choose, free of charge.

6. Your domain

We register your domain on your behalf and manage it while you're a customer. The domain belongs to you, and we'll transfer it to you on request.

7. Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use any text, logos and photos you send us, and that the information about your business (such as licenses, services and guarantees) is accurate. We may use properly licensed stock photos until you provide your own.

8. Our work

We aim to keep your website online and working at all times, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we don't guarantee any particular number of calls, leads or search rankings.

9. Showcasing

We may show your live website as an example of our work. Tell us if you'd prefer we didn't.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; changes apply to future billing periods. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
